"Judging with Jack" PT 3 of the podcast series with Greg Poole & Jack Wallace. Jack joins us from the road as they head to the 3D event in Metropolis. Part 3 discusses the necessity of determining your peep/scope/lens/aiming dot system that works best for your eyes, tips on determining yardage when a target is in light or dark situations and how to decide which to trust. Jack also goes into detail on 3D aiming strategies and the importance of knowing the drop/rise of your arrow at certain distances.

Part 2 of the "Judging with Jack" series on the fundamentals of learning to judge yardage with long time professional archer Jack Wallace and Greg Poole. In PT 2 Greg and jack review the base yardage and bucket yardage exercise from PT1 then built on that with explaining why you see archers sway from side to side at times while judging certain targets.Jack also discusses the importance of certain kinds of practice and of course... taking notes.

Greg & Jacob talk about his struggles just a couple years ago and the sports psychologist that helped him learn to be a champion. Jacob works a regular job and won his first unknown 3D event last year in Metropolis despite not owning a single target used in the event.

Being from Alabama, Robert has only shot flat ASA courses and indoors so the Redding shoot proved to be one of the biggest eye openers of his career in regard to set up and shot execution. Greg & Robert discuss how he used it all to make himself a more versatile archer.
